Emergen-C Super Orange, 1000 mg of Vitamin C

For years I have battled severe anxiety and have been on too many hardcore medications to list here, but after struggling with addictions to those medications I decided to kick myself off them in order to lead a more healthy lifestyle. With that in mind I went looking for a more natural route to squashing my stress and anxiety. Some of you may have read my reviews on Inositol, a complex B vitamin that has helped me immensely, but I have also read that Vitamin C is great for the immune system and helping to regulate the Adrenal gland.
